Returns & Exchanges
We are sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received. We are happy to accept returns on most new items within 30 days of receipt.
- Please contact our website customer service to explain what item you want to return and why.
- After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item you want to return in its original packaging.
- Deliver the package to your local post office.
- Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
- The returned item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of any item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Items marked as non-returnable and gifts are not returnable.
- We do not accept returns for items returned without a valid return request.
- We do not provide FTC return services. You are responsible for the return costs.
- Please be sure to check the returned items carefully before sending them. We are not responsible for the return of non-nicesneaker branded items.
Note: The original shipping fee is not refundable.

If you wish to return any item to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect your return processing.
